To see an example of a Full Trailer Wrap, click on the adjacent photo. Every square inch of the sides and rear (the trailer body is white) is covered with a 6-color digitally printed 2 mil 3M Controltac Graphic Film and laminated with a 3 mil 3M Screen Printing Gloss Clear material. These materials provide superior UV protection and are warranted by 3M for a period of 3 years against defects. The laminate makes the completed graphic resistant to most automotive chemicals and cleaners.
Digital graphics like this offer a superior alternative to custom painting due to much lower cost and ease in which the graphics can be changed. This is especially important to most professional race teams since sponsors and team colors change often. Additionally, repairs can be easily done in the event of damage.
